  • VINE VARIETY: Lacrima di Morro d’Alba in purezza 100%
  • FIRST VINTAGE: 2006
  • VINIFICATION: The grapes are destalkes and lightly pressed, then undergo maceration for a maximum of eight days in steel fermentation vats. As soon as the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine starts the malolactic fermentation. It is then aged in steel for about seven months. Six months in bottle completes the ageing process.
  • BOUQUET / TASTE:  The fragrance refers to red flowers and to wild berries such as blackberries. On the palate it is dry, warm, fresh and with a good presence of tannins; all these flavors are rounded off by a great deal of the fruit and by a strong fragrance.
  • PAIRINGS: Ideal with pasta with board meat sauce or with sauces made with truffle, roast rabbit, grilled pork, spicy cured meats and fragrant cheeses.
  • SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15° – 18°
  • TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: 13 % vol
